Crabrangoon

I like to serve Crab Rangoon as an appetizer when I throw parties. They’re easy to make and they disappear in a flash! Crab Rangoon are deep-fried dumplings filled with cream cheese, imitation crab meat, and green onion. They’re commonly found at asian buffet restaurants. Try serving crab rangoon with sweet and sour sauce or sweet chili sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Makes about 12 to 15 pieces
4 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
3 green onion (minced)
1/2 black pepper
dash of salt
1/2 bag immitation crab (4 oz.), shrededwonton wrappers
1 egg (beaten)
oil (for frying)

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Put cream cheese, green onions, salt, black pepper, and imitation crab meat in a mixing bowl and mix together.
Step 2: In a separate bowl beat 1 egg.

Step 3: Lay out the wonton wrappers and brush the opposite corners of the wonton wrapper with the beaten egg. Place 1 tablespoon of filling near the center of each wrapper. If it’s to much filling for you, just use a teaspoon.

Step 4: Fold over the edges of the wrapper to form a triangle. Seal tightly.

Step 5: Deep Fry Crab Rangoon Recipe in batches (375 degrees F) for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown (They’ll float to the top once they’re ready).

1/2 thỏi cream cheese 4 oz. để ngoài cho mềm
1/2 bag immitation crab (4 oz.), xé sợi
3 hành lá sắt nhỏ
tí muối
1/2 cafe tiêu
1 bag Azumaya square wraps hay hoành thánh loại mõng (wonton wrap thin)
1 egg beat
dầu chiên

Mix well cream cheese + crab + hành lá + muối + tiêu.
