Basic Fish Sauce Dip

1 cup of water or coconut juice or coco soda

4 tablespoons of fresh lime juice or lemon juice

4 tablespoons of sugar

2 chilli peppers, finely mince

4 cloves of garlic, finely mince

1/4 cup fish sauce 

Mix sugar and water in a bowl until disolved

Add fish sauce, lime juice, chilli pepper and garlic.

Adjust the ingredients to your liking.
