1st Lower Body Exercises for getting bigger butt and legs.
One way to get your butt and legs bigger is simply to increase your body
fat, which of course isn't a healthy option. The other way is to induce
muscle growth, or hypertrophy, of the glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings
with specific strength-training exercises. Performed regularly and
combined with a protein-rich diet, these exercises can have you on your
way to a stronger and bigger lower body.

Cup cakes for Baby Shower
1. Layout the outfit/onesie (this was a dress) and fold each of the side to the middle to the width you want.
2. Roll up the onesie and place in the middle of a square section of tissue paper - I used 2 different colors of tissure paper just to add color. Then wrap a rubber band around the end of the tissue paper and onesie.
3. Puff out around the center area of the "cupcake" to add depth and dimension. One of my cupcake was a white onesie and pink pants - I used both in the same cupcake just to add different colors and dimenion to the cupcake.
4. Add "toppings" to the cupcakes with hair clips and puffs.
All done.
